Being able to share what is painful and confusing allows us to work together to find what troubling thoughts and behavioral patterns are trying to tell us.
I work in an integrative way, exploring and strengthening your understanding of the connection between mind and body.
It is important to me to create an environment where you feel safe to explore aspects of your personality that you cannot necessarily discuss in your day-to-day life. Often we do this through conversation, but for some, art offers the ability to express what words cannot.
Many of my clients describe themselves as creative, questioning people who struggle to feel they belong. Together, we work to create a sense of wholeness and agency, developing their ability to feel more comfortable approaching previously overwhelming situations.
